We have a 30-day return policy, and if you are eligible, you will receive your full refund.

Furthermore, if you are a member of a corporation where end-users, workers, and all other members of the corporation will be able to visit the site and license the purchased content and/or product, you must agree these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility:

To accept this agreement, you must be an adult (18 years old) or have parental/legal guardian authorization.
You were not barred by any law, court act, or competent authority from entering into an agreement.
You were not previously prevented by the WP Author Box team from entering into this type of agreement.
You are not a resident of any restricted state, nor are you a member of any terrorist organization.
If you are operating on behalf of an organization, you have all of the essential permits to engage into an agreement.

2. Personal Use Only:

You can choose to subscribe to a Subscription Plan (described below), which allows you to use the Content on an infinite number of websites. The subscription to such a Subscription Plan and the accompanying license are strictly for your personal and non-commercial use, and you agree not to sell, rent, convey, distribute, commercialize, or publish the license or connected Services to any third party.

This does not preclude you from using our framework to create and generate websites for others; however, you are not permitted to resell your subscription plan and related license to third parties in order for them to gain access to the site and/or services.

3. Acceptable and Restricted Use:

You must use the goods and services in their original form and refrain from engaging in any behavior that may infringe, disrupt, or delay services for other users. You agree not to use the services for any nefarious purposes, such as sending spam, unsolicited messaging, harassing, stalking, or threatening another person or system. You may not build any script, software, code, or program that could impair, interrupt, reduce, or add functionality to the services.

4. No License:

Except as explicitly licensed under these Terms, you are prohibited from any use of WP Author Box’, or any end-user, intellectual property.

5. Verifying your Account:

When registering for a product or service, WP Author Box may request that you authenticate your identity through various means. If you registered with an email address, WP Author Box may send you a message at the address you provided. This message may include links or a list of the information we will need to establish you as the sole owner of the email address.

6. Securing Your Account:

You must agree to assume responsibility for all activity conducted under your account. To protect our services and private information, such as license keys and subscriptions, you must secure your account with a strong password.

7. One Account Per Person:

You are allowed to have only one account on our website. Each account is allowed to be used by a single user. If you are a part of an organization and own an account on behalf of it, you are allowed to grant access to a few employees. In this case, you will be held responsible for their behavior on our website.

8. Sharing Your Account Credentials:

It is strictly forbidden for you to disclose your password and username to outside parties.

9. Abuse Notification:

You are required to inform WP Author Box immediately, in case you get adequate information that your account has been hacked or if you get information about the unauthorized usage of your account.

Website Services

The services supplied by WP Author Box, which is owned by the Author Box Team today, are as follows.

WP Author Box has complete authority to add or deprecate any services at its discretion without previous warning.

1. Online store.

WP Author Box will allow you to acquire licenses through their online store. Any item must be offered under a certain license, and each item you purchase will be assigned a unique license key.

2. Updates.

WP Author Box may send you information on the products they offer. These upgrades can be made at your choice by upgrading the server’s files and database.

3. License Key

Every customer who purchases our product receives a license key, which is required to access perks such as automatic updates, help from our developers and support team, and additional resources for the product given. This license key is the property of WP Author Box.

You are welcome to use it on your website. If you built the website, you can use it on your clients’ websites. However, sharing the license key with any third party is prohibited.

4. Knowledge Base:

WP Author Box will provide manuals, articles, and tutorials to assist you use the licensed software. The majority of these are available for free, although WP Author Box has the authority to charge for some more documents.

Website Materials

All the content, graphics, design, elements, artwork, logos, icons, images, sounds, videos, fonts, interactive features, code, and products used on this website, including documentation, are the property of WP Author Box. Although you can refer to everything on this website you cannot claim our content or products without consent from us.

Restrictions

Except as explicitly permitted under these Terms the Content may not be used, copied, broadcasted, transmitted, distributed, licensed, displayed, sold, licensed, made available in any manner, de-compiled, or otherwise exploited for any purpose whatsoever.

License of Our WordPress Products

Our WordPress plugins and source code available for download on this website are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0. We strongly discourage you from offering them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind.

The product on our site includes 365 days of support and update validity. This date is calculated from the minute the order has been marked as complete. If you do not have a valid license, you will not be able to download any of your purchased products.

An active subscription is required to access the download section.

Payments

You must pay the prescribed rates for all of WP Author Box’s services and goods, which are announced on the separate websites on a regular basis.

The payment must be made using one of the offered payment methods, and if you purchase a subscription, you will be billed on a recurrent basis.

WP Author Box may periodically determine or alter prices for specific products and services.

WP Author Box products are sold as automatically recurring subscriptions that renew annually on the anniversary of the purchase date. This applies to all purchased items, unless otherwise noted, as well as those that provide a lifetime license that does not require renewal.

A recurring license will automatically renew at the end of the annual license term unless the purchaser cancels the subscription before the automatic renewal date.

Refund Policy and License Cancellations

We believe in all our products and stand by its own quality and performance. However, we are so confident that you will LOVE and BENEFIT from our products. We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy.

If you don’t like our product or it causes you trouble, we will be happy to offer you a full 100% refund within 30 days of your original purchase, and no questions will be asked.

We will process your refund as soon as possible. In some cases, we might even offer to resolve an issue for you.
No refunds will be processed after 30 days post-purchase. If you are not happy, apply for a refund within 30 days after purchase.
Refund periods are based on the first purchase date. If you have purchased and requested a refund in the past, the 30 days are from the first purchase, not the repurchase date.
By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership of your license and agree to cease the use of the product immediately.
We reserve the right to reject a refund request if deemed necessary.
You can submit a refund request by opening a support ticket.

Warranty

Our products are provided to you as-is, without any warranty for their quality. We shall never be liable for any damage or flaw in the product. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third-party plugins, scripts, or applications.

However, you can always check the products on our demo server before purchasing to be sure about the issues. Our contact form is always there to help you.

Delivery of Products

Our products are available for download directly. Paid products will be available for download after receipt and verification of payment.

After the payment has been processed successfully, you will receive an email with the order details and other purchase information. Your license key will be made available in your account area along with your downloads.

You can download the product by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the plugin and clicking on the appropriate link.

To download any of our items (free or payable), you need to open an account with our site. We occasionally have to manually verify and process the downloaded data if your payment does not go through successfully. In this situation, we are cordially requesting you to contact us via email or our contact page.

Modification

Sure, you can change any of our products to suit your needs. Please note, however, that before the change, review the documentation page and ask us on the forum if there is an easier and better way to achieve what you want to do.

Product Updates

Include free updates for customers for 1 year from the date of purchase. Generally, WP Author Box Update according to our Pricing Policy. We do not guarantee that product updates will always be made and forever, but WP Author Box does its best to improve each product over time and make sure it will work with the latest version of WordPress.

Support

Our Support Team has the best possible solutions that they deliver. However, if you come across any issues or incompatibilities, you can open up a ticket at our support center and allow us to help you resolve your issue.

Our dedicated support team is promised only to those who possess an active license. Free copies and expired licenses are not eligible for free support.

You will have to purchase a licensed copy or renew an expired license to be able to get help from our developers.

Account Termination and Suspension

WP Author Box reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without notice. This may be due to one or several of the following reasons:

Abusive behavior or excessive negativity towards the WP Author Box staff.
Repeated defamatory, malicious, or false statements, including slander, against WP Author Box products.
Promoting competitor products, contributing to software piracy, hacking, spamming, or other illegal acts.
We reasonably believe that your account has been compromised, shared with others, or used for other security reasons.
All decisions are final and terminated or suspended accounts will not be reversed.

Email Communication:

They frequently include information about new upgrades, templates, freebies, promotions, and more. You can unsubscribe from our email newsletters at any time.

Affiliate Program:

Our Affiliate Program offers benefits for purchases made through your referrals. In such a circumstance, you will be entitled to payments as determined by us from time to time.
